This policy describes how 0drawdown.com (operated by Simple Path Ventures LLC) processes personal data you provide through the waitlist form on this site. Drafted in compliance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR).

01Data controller

02Purpose

We process your data only to:

• Add you to the 0drawdown waitlist.
• Notify you once the platform launches and opens access.
• Respond to direct enquiries you send us.

No profiling, no advertising, no third-party sharing for marketing.

03Legal basis

Explicit consent of the data subject (art. 6.1.a GDPR), given by ticking the consent checkbox on the form.

04Data we process

• Email (required)
• Name (optional)
• Market preference (crypto, forex, or both)
• Consent timestamp
• IP address, User-Agent and country (logs, for abuse prevention)

05Retention

• Until you request deletion, or
• Up to 24 months from the last meaningful interaction.
• Server logs: maximum 12 months.

06Recipients and processors

We use the following data processors, each bound by appropriate contractual safeguards:

• Cloudflare, Inc. (USA) · hosting, email routing, anti-spam protection (Turnstile). Adheres to the EU-US Data Privacy Framework.
• Resend (USA) · transactional email delivery and waitlist confirmations.

We do not share your data with third parties beyond these, except where required by law.

07International transfers

The controller is established in the United States. Your data may be transferred to and processed in the USA or anywhere the controller or its processors operate infrastructure. Transfers take place under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework and Standard Contractual Clauses where applicable.

09Automated decisions and cookies

We do not take decisions based solely on automated processing. The anti-spam protection (Cloudflare Turnstile) performs an automated security check that does not constitute profiling. This site does not use advertising or tracking cookies.

We may update this policy to reflect legal, technical or business changes. The current version is always the one published on this page, with the update date at the top.
